Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a stain mark during use hardly conspicuous by a method wherein a coating is formed by a self-cleaning paint pepared by dispersing a catalyst in an inorg. heat resistant paint and a paint having a hue different from that of the aforementioned coating is coated thereon in a dot like pattern.
CONSTITUTION: A coating surface 1 of a self-cleaning paint prepared by dispersing a catalyst in an inorg. heat resistant paint is formed on a metal substrate 3 and, on this coating, a paint 2 having a hue different from that of the aforementioned coating is coated in a dot like pattern. The aforementioned paint 2 is a heat resistant paint containing a silicone resin as a binder and an aluminum paint having aluminum dispersed therein as a pigment is preferred. When an oxidizing catalyst such as oxidizing catalyst such as Mn or the like is used as the catalyst, because said catalyst itelf is black, the coating surface itself becomes black inevitably but, generally, the coating surface is mainly black regardless of the catalyst to be used.
