Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain high ratio of angular types, by just annealing Mo added Fe amorphous alloy without impressing magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous alloy thin band having composition of Fe78-xMox Si8B14 is manufactured by a single roll method. After winding it in a troidal shape, it is annealed in the range of 450-500 deg.C at an interval of approx. 5 deg.C for approx. 30min without impressing magnetic field. The addition of Mo improves the ratio of angular types Br/B1 and the maximum value of the ratio of angular types Br/B1 is obtained by a material contg. 4 at% Mo.
