Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the rush current at the time of applying a power source by inserting an integrating circuit between an input power line and a reference voltage and supplying a driving current of a switching circuit from the integrating circuit. CONSTITUTION:An integrating circuit is composed of a resistor R21, and a capacitor C21, and an input voltage VIN draws a charging curve shown by a characteristic curve A and is raised to the specified voltage E0. The peak value of the rush current at the time of applying a power source depends upon the inductance of a reactor and the capacity of the condenser, and becomes proportional to the conducting period of a switching transistor Q11. The voltage applied to the base of a driving transistor Q12 gradually rises by the operation of an integrating circuit, and this driving transistor Q12 is conducted with the voltage lower than the input voltage VIN. Accordingly, no large rush current flows at the time of applying the power source, and the current will gradually increase.
