Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the distortion characteristics and sensitivity, by forming electric charges at the back side of an electret of an electret capacitor type transducer with a distribution that the center is smaller than the circumference. CONSTITUTION:On an electrode fixed pole 21 of a microphone of back electret type, a moving pole 24 having a specified gap with a spacer 22 and suspended with a support ring 23 is opposingly provided, and a back electrode of an electret fixed pole 21 is connected to an output terminal OUT via an impedance conversion circuit having a field effect transistor FET21, etc. The electret fixed pole 21 has radial or lattice unevenness (small electric charge at rough part and large electric charge for dense part) for example, so that the electric charges at the center M are smaller than those at both ends. Thus, correct static balance is taken at no sound pressure, and no distortion is caused at any half wave with a sound pressure, allowing to achieve low distortion factor and high fidelity.
