Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture an improve electrophotographic planographic material by applying a dispersed solution, which contains a granular photoconductive material, >=2 kinds of binding resin differing in acid value, and a solvent, until smoothness within a specific range is obtained. CONSTITUTION:A granular photoconductive material such as zinc oxide, resin having a large acid value and a less decrease in photosensing performance under high temperature and high humidity, resin having a small acid value and excellent filming characteristic and excellent adhesive strength and obtaining a high molecular weight easily are mixed with a solvent at some ratio to obtain a 5- 30 mean acid value, thus obtaining a dispersed solution. The dispersed solution whose dispersibility during the mixture is so regulated that Bekk smoothness when it is applied over a plane with infinite smoothness is 1,000-4,000sec is applied over, for example, precoat paper to obtain a planographic material which has superior high-temperature and high-humidity characteristics and superior adhesive strength.
