Abstract

PURPOSE:To divide the effect of a failure and to increase the reliability, by providing a constant voltage circuit supplying an operating power supply to a main control circuit and another constant voltage supplying an operating power supply to an auxiliary control circuit. CONSTITUTION:Two different systems of constant voltage circuits are provided, which supply a constant voltage respectively to a main control circuit and an auxiliary control circuit, or three systems of constant voltage circuits are provided, which supply a constant voltage to the main control circuit, the auxiliary control circuit and an input/output signal processing circuit common to the both respectively, or the supply of the constant voltage to the common input/output signal processing circuit is made from either one of the constant voltage circuits for the main and auxiliary control circuits. Even if either one of said constant voltage circuits can not supply the constant votage, since either one of the main or the auxiliary control circuit can keep normal functions and the effect of a failure can be localized, the reliability can be increased.
