For instance, a main microcomputer 4 is connected to a secondary microcomputer 5 via a data transmission line as shown in the diagram. Then a load ON signal is delivered from a logical circuit 6 only when the load ON signals are delivered at a time from both microcomputers 4 and 5. Thus the load 8 is turned on through a driving circuit 7.
