Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a line concentrator to attain the constitution of a local network with high flexibility and to avoid the delay of transfer caused by the storing process of a buffer, by using a hybrid transformer to the line concentrator and having the same constitution as a slave station for other component parts. CONSTITUTION:The signal of center frequency (f1) transmitted from a center device 11 is fetched by a hydrid transformer 14 within a line concentrator. The signal is then fed to a slave station 13a with the frequency (f1) through a part having the same constitution as a slave station comprising a demodulating part 15, a transmission control part 16, a processing part 17 and a modulating part 18. The station 13a inserts the transmitting data into the signal in case it has the transmission information given from itself and then transmits it to the next slave station 13b with the frequency (f1). Both stations 13b and 13c are controlled in the same way. However, only a slave station 13c that is connected to the termination of the transmission loop has the center frequency (f2) for the signal to be transmitted. This signal is transmitted to the device 11 via the transformer 14.
