The secondary station 22 goes to a primary station for the inner data line, the secondary station 23 goes to a primary station for the outer data line and respective primary stations start the transmission of an idle frame of the self-equipment a GO-AHEAD flag. A primary station flag LBF indicating the generation of the line disconnection in respective directions is set up on the idle frame.
