Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a data synchronizing circuit which is able to generate a key signal causing no deviation from a video data, by storing a control data, and reading out this data when television of its field is actually used. CONSTITUTION:A control data is latched by a latch group A or a latch group B in a vertical blanking period of write to a video memory, and the control data is latched alternately by two latch groups A,B in every field. Its changeover is executed by the timing by which a write start pulse is led in an FF 5, that is to say, the timing for starting to write a video data in a memory. Subsequently, the control data which has been latched by the latch groups A,B is used by the timing for starting to read the video data from the memory. Selection of the latch groups A,B in this case is decided by taking negative logic of the FF 5. That is to say, if its negative logic is taken, it results in selection of a latch group which has been latched previously, and it becomes a data corresponding to televison which is read out from the memory.
