Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable constructing of a continuous wall directly in water, by a method wherein reference piles and wall laminar objects are driven in an underwater ground in a state to enter underwater, water between the wall laminar objects is replaced with muddy water, and conrete is deposited between the wall laminar objects. CONSTITUTION:Reference piles 2, provided with a guide 1 in a longitudinal direction, are erected underwater at given intervals, and wall laminar objects 3, positioned facing and opposite to each other, are erected by engaging together the guides 1 of the reference pile 2 and the opposite ends of the wall laminar object 3 for guiding. In a condition that the wall laminar objects 3 enter underwater down to an appropriate depth, water betwen the wall laminar objects 3 is removed by replacing it with muddy water, and the bottom of the water between the wall laminar objects 3 is digged by means of an excavator 10 for a continuous underwater wall to form a channel 4. Through an implanting pipe attached to the wall laminar object 3, concrete is placed between the wall laminar objects 3 to construct a continuous wall in water.
