Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate a malfunction caused by a commercial frequency current and to search well a fault of high resistance even in a section where the commercial frequency current flows, by setting a filter to eliminate the commercial frequency to a fault point orientating pulse signal receiver. CONSTITUTION:A receiving device 15 can greatly attenuate the commercial frequency component by the function of an active filter consisting of operational amplifiers P1 and P2, resistances R2-R7 plus capacitors C3-C5.
