Further, the control terminal of FET82 is grounded via the series circuit of the capacitor 85 and the resistor 86. In this circuit, the lag-lead type filter is constituted with the resistors 81, 86 and the capacitor 85, and the buffer amplifier of high input impedance is constituted with FET82 and the resistor 83.
