Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate hot formation such as bulging work, contracting work, boring-up work, and bending work by heating a steel plate which has a specific ferrite grain size number in both of an austenite single-phase area right above Ac3 and a ferrite plus austenite two-phase area. CONSTITUTION:A steep plate having uniform thin grain structure of >=#10 in ferrite grain size number manufactured by a control rolling method or annealing treatment performs recrystallization and dynamice recovery easily when ferrite grains have work strain, thereby suppressing the occurrence of work breaking. Further, austenite grains obtained from this structure are uniform and extremely fine, so the austenite grains cause work recrystallization easily during deformation to attain large and uniform elongation.
