Abstract
PURPOSE:To stop a subject within an allowable range without fail, by actuating a control device in case a subject is within an allowable range of the desired stop position and the moving speed of the subject is at a level less than the set value. CONSTITUTION:An encoder 14 is connected to a subject 11, and the output of a subtractor 16 is supplied to a driving device 12, the positioning subject 11 and the encoder 14. The subtractor 16, a D/A converter 17 and an amplifier 18 form a servo system. The object 11 can be set equal to the value set by a desired stop position setter 15. When the output of an absolute value circuit 19 is less than the value of an allowable error setter 21, an AND circuit 22 is turned on. Thus the pulse is produced to a signal line 25 to gradually increase the count value of a counter 26. The value of ''1'' is supplied to a register 27, and the comparison result coincidence pulse is delivered to a register 29 to read the value of the encoder 14. Then a switch 39 is turned on when the difference of value between the registers 29 and 32 is less than the value of a speed allowance value setter 37.
