Abstract
PURPOSE:To form an electrode being capable of obtaining measured value in accordance with the glucose concentration, by successively laminating each permeating film of hydrogen peroxide, fixated glucose oxidase and glucose.oxygen.hydrogen peroxide at a tip end part of the anode. CONSTITUTION:Insulating treatment is carried out by a glass 3 except a tip end part of a platinum electrode 2 and a lead wire connecting part. The electrode 2 is insterted into an inner cylinder 5 made of stainless steel which is deposited a silver 4 acting as the cathode on the outer face. The tip end parts of the electrode 2 and the cylinder 5, are fixed by deposition the tip end part of the glass 3 to the inner wall of the tip end of the cylinder 5. A cellulase acetate film 7 as a permeating film of hydrogen peroxide, a fixated glucose oxidase film 8 and a polyurethane film 9 as a permeating film of glucose.oxygen.hydrogen peroxide, are laminated successively on the surface of this tip end part 2a.
