Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a driver to acknowledge the number of abnormality other than the indicated abnormality in such a case as plural number of abnormality occur in several portions of a car, by equipping the car with an abnormality details indicator which displays the most important abnormality and an item number indicator which displays the number of abnormality. CONSTITUTION:When abnormal conditions occur on two portions of a car during the car is running and signals are inputted in input terminals 1a, 1c, an oscillator 2 generates clock pulses, a counter 3 counts the pulses and puts out the count to a data selector 4, and the selector 4 puts out an input signal to a Z output. A flip flop 18 is set to the output at the time when the count is 0. A the circuit 12 reads in the count 0, so as to inputs its output Q into an item latch circuit 12, a warning indicator 9 displays the details of abnormality at the time when counted value is 0. Next, an AND circuit 5 puts out pulses to a counter 6 only when the selector 4 is transmitting its output and those pulses are counted by the counter 6. The output Qc of the counter 3 is inputted in a circuit 10 and generates a latch pulse, and thereby, value 2 counted by the counter 6 is read in a circuit 7 and displayed in the indicator 9.
