Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent easily channels from being affected by troubles through transmission lines without the use of a physical separating boxes by using optical fiber cables as the transmission lines of the transmission equipment which transmit signals indicating the troubles. CONSTITUTION:Optical fiber cables 17 connect between channel controlling boards 1-3 of respective channels which generate signals at the generation of troubles and input signals 7-9 are sent after being converted into optical signals by electrooptic converters 15 which are optical signal sending sources of respective controlling boards 1-3. The converted optical signals are converted again into electric signals by photoelectric converters 16 and outputted as output signals 10-12 through converting parts 4-5. Respective channels are electrically separated completely by the optical fiber cables 17, preventing other channels from being affected by troubles with simple constitution without the attachment of physical separating boxes such as isolators to the respective controlling boards 1-3.
