PURPOSE:To perform sampling of a titled reacting liquid without causing change of its property, by keeping the pressure and temp. in an empty chamber at the discharging side of a sampling valve and those in a reducing system reactor at the same pressure and temp. CONSTITUTION:A sampling valve 12b is provided with at the bottom part of the body of the reducing system reactor 1 and is fitted with a blank cap at the discharging side of the valve 12b, whereby the empty chamber 14 is formed. The chamber 14 having the same structure as the reactor 1 is kept at the same temp. as in the reactor 1. The chamber 14 in which a preliminary pressure decrease opening 15 is provided with, is connected with the line of a vacuuming device 11 through a regulating valve 16 for preliminary pressure decrease, which is brought the chamber to be the pressure-decreased condition that is equal to or more than that of the reactor 1. By opening the valve 12b of the chamber 14 in the condition of the same temp. and pressure as those in the reactor 1, the reacting liquid in the reactor 1 galls to the chamber 14 with a head pressure. After staying of reacting liquid to some extent in the chamber 14, the valve 12b, the opening 15 and the regulating valve 16 are closed, and the blank cap 13 is opened, then reacting liquid for sampling is taken out.
