Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a function as a safety valve for a valve described above by additionally providing an elastomer to the valve rod of the valve body to be used for sealing liquefied helium, etc. at low temperature part. CONSTITUTION:A valve rod 3 is inserted through the through hole 1a of an outer wall 1 covering an inner tank 2, and a valve body 9 opening or closing an outlet port 7 is attached through a spring 10 to the tip end shaft 6 of the valve rod 3. A cap nut 27 is fitted into the space between the shaft 4 and a coupler 25, and the valve rod 3 is vertically moved by adjusting the clamping degree of the cap nut 27. Thus, when anomalous pressure occurs in the inner tank 2, the outlet port is automatically opened by the action of the spring 10.
