At this time, since a spur gear 5, meshed to a spur gear 3b of the gear 3, is rotated counter clockwise, driving power is not transmitted to a rotary shaft 8a through a one- way clutch 6, and a sheet 12 is not fed by a feed roller 8. On the contrary, if the motor 1 is reversely rotated to the above, the feed roller 7 is not rotated by the reverse action to the above, and only the feed roller 8 is rotated to feed the sheet contacted to this roller 8.
