Abstract
PURPOSE:To suppress the low frequency vibration or to reduce the development thereof, by providing a water level meter which detects the water level at one end of the test water tank and a hermetically closed container which is located at the other end of the test water tank and whose volume can be varied in response to fluid. CONSTITUTION:At one end of the test water tank 1, the water level meter 14 which measures the level of the water, an amplifier 15 which amplifies the signal from said water level meter 14, and a control box 16 which sends specified control signals to a pump 13, opening and closing valves 5, 6, 8, and 9, and a flow control valve 3 based on the signal from said amplifier 15 are provided. A fluid container, whose volume can be varied, e.g. a bag 2 is arranged at the other end of the tank 1 below the water surface. A pipe 4 with a flow control valve 3 is connected to said bag 2. By adjusting the opening degree of the flow control valve 3 in association with the switching operation of the opening and closing valve 5, the low frequency vibration is suppressed or its development is reduced.
