Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance productivity by feeding refill liquid automatically in linkage with the concentration measurement of the working liquid and by controlling the concentration of working liquid at a constant value. CONSTITUTION:A concentration measuring instrument 46 is installed between an activated coal filter 16 and an ion exchange vessel 18 to control the solenoid operated valve 32 and control box 38. In case the liquid is thin, for example, a pressure pump 54 in the concentrated liquid vessel 52 is energized and a refill device 50 is energized to send the concentrated working liquid 10 to the supply liquid vessel 28. In case the liquid is rich, on the other hand, a valve 58 is opened and the refill device 50 is operated to send water to the supply liquid vessel 28. Thus, the concentration of the working liquid is always held in the best condition.
