Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent torque fluctuation by attaining slide frequency after a certain length of time, setting the slide frequency zero when bringing an induction machine driven by an inverter from coasting to accelerating and decelerating rotation modes. CONSTITUTION:When driving an induction machine 4 by an inverter 3, a torque command signal corresponding to the difference of signals from a speed command device 6 and a speed detector 5 is generated from a controlling circuit 7, and at the same time, the primary current command signal is generated by a function generator 9 and the primary frequency command signal is generated by an adder 13. When an operation command 18 is given, a control circuit 19 activates a limiter 8 forbidding the torque command signal making slide frequency zero and outputs a preset torque command signal after a certain length of time. Therefore, the torque rises smoothly from zero preventing excessive fluctuation of torque when generating torque again during coasting of the induction machine 4.
