Abstract
PURPOSE:To let out sensor cable easily and achieve exact inspection by attaching a sensor at the tip of a float and winding a cable with this float at the tip by a length of the travel of the sensor and letting out the cable in the direction that crosses at right angle the rotational shaft of the cable drum. CONSTITUTION:A tube inspection device has a cable 2 provided with a float. On a drum 4 to let out this cable 2 with a float cable 2 of a length enough for travel of a sensor 6 is wound. The cable 2 with a float on the drum 4 moves and flows out by the flowing force of pressurized water through a tube 16 that is to let out the cable 2 and installed so that the tube 2 crosses the rotational shaft 5 nearly perpendicularly and the cable 2 goes into a tube to be inspected and moves in it. In this case the cable 2 with a float is let out in the direction of rotation of the drum, so that the cable 2 is not twisted, making paying out of the sensor 6 easy and inspection accurate.
