Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve efficiency of quantity production of a crankshaft, by axially laminating plural casting molds, locating cavities of said mold at a space of 120 deg. on a pitch circle and shifting each phase of the neighboring cavities to 120 deg.. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft casing mold S is used for preparing three crankshafts 1 for a three cylinder engine, integrally built with plural casing molds 11-17 axially divided in a laminatable state, and provided with cavities Q at a space of 120 deg. on a pitch circle. Then three casting molds are formed in such relation that a phase of the neighboring cavities is shifted 120 deg. to each other to the same direction about a crank journal part 2 as the center when rotated to a fixed direction about the center O of the casting molds 11-17.
