Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify manufacturing of the rotating shaft of the complete-sealed type electric compressor and to improve intensity of said compressor by forming the main shaft connected to the rotor with steel pipe material and also by forming the eccentric shaft part to be connected with the compressing mechanism by contraction from steel pipe material.
CONSTITUTION: The rotating shaft 11 is constituted by three parts which are separate main shaft part 12, balance weight part 13, and eccentric shaft part 14. Then, the main shaft 12 is formed into the straight pipe shape of cut steel pipe in which an oil port 12a and an oil groove 12b are made. The balance weight 13 formes convex shape as the balancing surface 13a by extrusion, and also, a hole 13c into which the main shaft 12 is fitted is made in the convex, and furthermore, a weight part 13b is incorporatedly formed. Then, the eccentric shaft 14a and the frange part 14b of the eccentric shaft part 14 is formed by contracting a piece of steel plate, and the oil port 14c and the oil groove 14d are also formed. Then, the rotating shaft 11 is completed by fixing the eccentric shaft part 14 and the main shaft part 12 with their axes be eccentric.
