Abstract
PURPOSE: To rotate a rotor at a high speed by using in a centrifugal gas separator a baffle board made of a fiber-reinforced composite material having a longitudinal elastic modulus in the circumferential direction greater than its longitudinal elastic modulus in the radial direction, to reduce the concentration of stress upon the inner surface of the baffle board.
