Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent lowering of strength and facilitate the process of driving flange by arranging a gap between a flange part and a driving flange part in the control unit of fuel injection timing performing a control of angle of lead. CONSTITUTION:A gap 38 is arranged between the external periphery of a driving flange 4' and a flange part 37 by enlarging bore of the flange part 37 of cylinder 11. Oil from a passing aperture 26 is lead to the gap 38 through a passing route 27 and added to a cylinder 11 to drive a piston 12. Neither the pressure oil gets in a space 35, nor the high pressure oil leaks in a injection pump from taper part of a cam shaft 6. Thus no lowering of strength of the driving flange 4' is produced, so that processing of the driving flange 4' is easier.
