Abstract
PURPOSE:To make an output pulse width equal, by providing a waveform operating circuit possible for pulse width control to a pulse circulation circuit including a delay circuit, and controlling the waveform operating circuit depending on the output pulse width. CONSTITUTION:A circulation circuit consists of an OR circuit 3, a pulse amplification circuit 7, a delay circuit 8 and a waveform operating circuit 9, an input pulse is inputted to the OR circuit 3 via a wave shape circuit 2, pulses are circulated and an output pulse is repetitively transmitted on an output line 12. In a waveform operating circuit 9, when a threshold voltage of a comparator 10 is risen, an output pulse width of the circuit 9 is narrower than the input pulse width and an output pulse where the pulse width is sequentially narrower on the output line 12. Inversely, when the threshold value voltage of the comparator 10 is lowered, the output pulse is sequentially widened for the width. According to the output pulse width, the threshold value of the comparator 10 is controlled, allowing to keep the pulse width constant.
