PURPOSE:To provide an atomizer having a simple structure, compact size, low price, superior atomizing characteristic and quite easy control over the atomizing volume by a method wherein liquid is filled in a pressurizing chamber by a liquid feeding means. CONSTITUTION:There are provided an atomizing part 11 constituted of a nozzle part 31 having a small hole nozzle 30, base body 29 having a hone-shaped pressurizing chamber 18 and an electrically vibrating element 34, a deaeration part 17 having a deaeration chamber 16, a discharging part and a second electric vibrating element 42, and a liquid feeding passage 18 and a return passage 20. The second vibrater element 42 is driven for a specified period of time and a kerosene stored in the deaeration chamber 39 is deaerated. Then, the circulation pump 19 is driven the liquid surface 45 in the supplying passage 18 is lifted up and the kerosene is filled in the supplying chamber 36 and the pressurizing chamber 28. Sufficient circulation is performed by the pump 19, the pressurizing chamber 28 and the supplying chamber 36 are filled with the deaerated kerosene, then the first vibrating element is driven.
