PURPOSE:To obtain accurate average value without fixing an averaging time, by providing an electronic measuring mechanism which outputs data at every interval of a prescribed time, a register device where data is stored in order from the latest data, at averaging operating device, a comparison discriminator, and a program circuit. CONSTITUTION:An electronic balance 1 which converts data of a load W to a digital signal at every interval of a constant minute time and outputs the digital signal and a register device 2 which stores data in order from the latest data are connected to a control part 3. The control part 3 cosists of a data transfer control part 31, an operating device 32, a multi-averaging time setter 33, a stable width setter 34, a minimum averaging time setter 35, a comparison discriminator 36, and a program device 37. The operating device 32 operates data in the averaging time in accordance with the program device 37 to output operation results to a storage device 4 and operates a difference between the latest value of data of average values and just preceding value to output the operation results to the discriminator 36. The discriminator 36 compares the difference with the set value of the stable width setter 34 to designate the minimum averaging time setter 35 or the multi-averaging time setter 33.
