Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy of data analysis, to reduce useless power transmission and to avoid useless operation of lines, by lengthening a transmission interval when data are not sudeently changed and shortening the transmission interval when the change becomes sudden. CONSTITUTION:When a time for data read and transmission comes, an input data at a terminal 5 is latched 6 with an ouput of a timer circuit 13, the data are introduced to an antenna 9 via a data transmission circuit 8, applied to a comparison circuit 10 and compared with the data in a storage circuit 7. If the difference of the both is greater than a comparison reference value to be determined, a pulse is outputted to set an FF11 and to reset a counter 12. Thus, the circuit 13 shortens the period and reduces the comparison reference value.
