CONSTITUTION:A hole 23 for attachment to a center conductor of a resonator is provided in the center of a discoidal dielectric substrate 21 of a small loss, and a round conductor electrode 24 is provided on the lower face of the substrate 21, and an annular conductor electrode 22 is provided on the upper face, thereby constituting a capacitor for coupling capacity. The electrode 22 on the upper of the dielectric substrate 21 is connected to a connector 14, and the electrode 24 on the lower face is connected to a center conductor 12. Since the coupling capacity is formed surrounding the center conductor, the field distribution of the resonator is axially symmetrical, and the degradation of Q is reduced, and the dielectric strength is improved.
