CONSTITUTION:When multi-feed detecting sensors 40-1, 40-2 detect multi-feed and input those detected signals into a computer CPU, the computer CPU adds counts in a memory for multi-feed. And, added values are compared with the set number of times, and when the number of times of detection reaches the set number, an indicator 235 is lighted via an output port F6 and a driver DR6 to alarm that the multi-feed occurred the prescribed number of times. Accordingly, investigation about the cause of the multi-feed occurrence can be started in early stage by this alarm indication.
