Abstract

PURPOSE:The titled conveyor in which the same number of cop conveyors and bobbin conveyors as that of winders are set so that they cross at a right angle to the spinning frames to enable the selection of arbitrary lines, thus facilitating to take cops out of the system and to feed bobbins into the system again. CONSTITUTION:The same numbers of cop conveyors 04 and bobbin conveyors 20 as that of winders 13 are provided respectively so that they cross perpendicularly to the spinning frames 01. When the combination of spinning frames 01 with winders 13 is changed, the gates for the cop chute 03 and bobbin chute 23 are switched. When cop is rewound after passing heat setter 29 into cheese or cone, cop box 27 is fitted instead of cop chute 03 to kake out cops from the system once and, after heat setting, the cop box 27 is carried to the transport band 25 or cop feeder 26 where cops are turned back into the system.
