Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease a sag error in an angular part, by extensibly feeding an amount, corresponding to the flexion amount of a wire electrode, to the locus direction, before change of feed direction of the wire electrode, and then changing the direction of the wire electrode when the angular part is machined. CONSTITUTION:Flexion length of a wire electrode is obtained from length and tension of the wire electrode, plate thickness of a work and electric discharge operating pressure. That is, overrun length can be obtained from the next expression.
