Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a cell element which consists of a thin hollow tube with lower internal resistance by a method wherein, regarding the method of manu- facturing an oxygen gas concentration cell using an oxygen ion conductive solid electrolyte, a plurality of raw sheets are used. CONSTITUTION:A raw wheet and printing ink were prepared and an electrode 2 and a leader line 3 were printed with a pattern as shown in the diagram. Use of three or more of raw sheets for forming a hollow tube 7 makes it possible not to use a deformed mold but a simple flat mold for gluding these sheets together or to employ the solderless connecting method using a hot-roll and to cause no inconvenience when a longer and wider raw sheet is used. Thus cell elements with many integrated monocells can be massproduced.
