Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the film thickness of applied conductive paste uniform, by discharging the conductive material paste on a board to be printed by using a drawing device, applying the paste so as to draw and print a pattern, and forming an electrode part. CONSTITUTION:A paste tank 2 is filled with conductive paste P. Constant temperature water 3 is sent from a constant temperature tank 6 with a pump 5. Thus the temperature of the conductive paste is made constant. A height 8 from a photovoltaic device 7 to a nozzle and air pressure 1 are adjusted. Thus the thickness of a printed film is determined. A pattern is drawn and printed at a programmed printing position based on the instruction from a computer. When, a drawing tip part comes to the printing position, the air pressure 1 is applied so as to push down a float 4. The conductive paste P is discharged through the tip part of the nozzle. The paste P is printed on the photovoltaic device 7. In this way, the conductive paste P is applied on an electrode part by using said drawing-printing method. Thus the film thickness of the electrode becomes constant, and the accuracy of the pattern is enhanced.
