Abstract

PURPOSE: To selectively form a printing thin film that has a uniform thickness and good dimensional accuracy even though the film is a high molecular organic material having a extremely low density, by printing high molecular organic solution, which is painted on a relief that is provided in an offset calibrating machine, on a printing surface of a body on a bracket drum.
CONSTITUTION: When a rubber bracket drum 6 moves from (A) to (B), a printing ink 4' on an ink table 7 is transfered on a relief 8 being formed around the drum. Even if the ink overflows, the overflowed section 4a appears at a lowered section around the relief 8. As a result, the printing ink 4' that is only on the surface of the relief 8 is printed on a printing body 5 when the drum 6 moves from (B) to (C). By this method, even though a high molecular organic material having a extremely low density of 2000W10cp is used, a thin film of 1W0.005μm thick can be formed with a dimensional accuracy of ±50μm and a thickness accuracy of ±20%.
