Abstract
PURPOSE: To ensure the high-accuracy measurement of the air fuel ratio by laminating the solid state electrolyte layer and the diaphragm layer by holding the reference side electrode between and in the unburnt state and then giving the simultaneous burning to both layers.
CONSTITUTION: At least solid state electrolyte layer 13 and diaphragm layer 11 are laminated by holding reference side electrode 12 between and in the unburnt state, and then at least the simultaneous burning is given to both layers 13 and 11. In this case, the optional ones which are burnt previously, require no buring or need the burning can be used for electrode 12 and measuring side electrode 14.
