Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve reliability in terms of a distortion rate and oscillation stability, by composing a power amplifying stage of only a couple of Darlington- connected NPN type transistors (TR). CONSTITUTION:A differential amplifier consisting of two couples of NPN type TRs Q3 and Q4, and Q5 and Q6 whose bases are connected in common, a voltage amplifying stage which has two current mirror circuits, and a power amplifying stage consisting of two couples of darlington-connected NPN type TRs Q9 and Q10, and Q11 and Q12 are provided. The emitters of the TRs Q3-Q6 are connected in common, and are grounded through a resistance R1. The bases of the TRs Q3 and Q4 and those of the TRs Q5 and Q6 connected in common are connected to the collectors of TRs Q1 and Q2 constituting input differential amplifying stages, respectively, and the collectors of the TRs Q4 and Q6 are connected to the bases of the driver TRs Q9 and Q11 of said power amplifying stage.
