Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the deterioration in characteristics and to achieve sufficient bonding strength, by closing the characteristics of a vacuum deposited layer of gap to the hardness and the thermal expansion coefficient of a core member of a base section. CONSTITUTION:Titanium porcelain or alumina is vacuum-deposited on both sides of opposing split surfaces of core members 1 and 2, and glass oxide 8 is vacuum- deposited on the titanium porcelain or alumina layer 3 on either one surface, and the other core member 2 is thermally pressed on the surface at about 600- 900 deg.C of comparatively lower temperature. Since the glass oxide 8 has a low melting temperature, the glass oxide is diffused in the both titanium porcelain layers or alumina layers 13 and 14 of the core members 1 and 2 at the temperature of such degree, and a mutual wetting layer 15 is formed, allowing to achieve the similar bonding strength as conventional methods.
