The water includes ordinary water such as tap water or river water, an aqueous soln. prepared by adding a water soluble corrosion inhibitor to ordinary water, and seawater. The reason that a substance used in cooling is restricted to water is that water is relatively inexpensive, easily available, safe, and hygienically harmless. A method of sprinkling tap water, river water or seawater from a hose is applied as the cooling method.
