CONSTITUTION: The titled composition comprising an organic high polymer compound, especially thermoplastic resin, 70W90mol% based on the repeating unit of the organic high polymer compound of an electrolyte consisting of metal ions of theIgroup and/or the II group of the periodic table, and 50W90wt% based on the solid composition of an organic solvent (e.g., alcohols, etc.) having a specific inductive capacity of ≥10, for example, obtained by blending an electrolyte solution and an organic high polymer solution dissolved in the organic soluvent, evaporating and removing the organic solvent to make the blend in a gelatinous state, drying the gel in a vacuum dryer until it becomes a solid substance.
