The positive electrode 3 is prepared through such a process, for example, in which powders of polyvinyl alcohol and iodine are ground and mixed, press-molded at a room temperature to form a solid disc, and copper wire 4 is connected to Its edge using a conductive resin. A battery with a voltage of 1.3V and current value of 2mA is thus obtained.
