Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent fluctuation in a resonance frequency of an oscillating element and to save a connection process among the oscillating elements, by clipping the oscillating element with two conductive elastic substances and driving the element with an AC voltage via the said conductive elastic substances. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation element 1 is coupled with a conductive elastic substance 2 through an electrode 8 of the element, further the substances 2 is coupled with a cable 7 through electrodes 3 and 6 in the conductive elastic element, a plurality of oscillating elements 1 are connected in parallel and a transceiver is constituted by taking the cable 7 as a terminal. The oscillation of the elements 1 is delivered in the substance 2 and a case 5, radiated to a medium in contact with the case 5 and transmitted.
