Abstract

The mounting base 20 is joined to the heat exchanger 21 formed on the torque tube 1 by a welding section 22. The joined section of the mounting base 20 is thickly formed as compared with the thickness of the induction tube 18 and the exhaust tube 19 and the depth of penetration of welding is formed larger as compared with the case where piping is directly joined.
