PURPOSE:To obtain a car-loaded cooling and refrigerating apparatus capable of ice-making, by connecting the evaporator for refrigerating chamber to the refrigeration cycle for a car cooler, and bringing the heat radiating side of the thermoelectric element of which cooling side is brought into contact with the cooling plate of an ice-making chamber, into thermal contact with the evaporator described the above. CONSTITUTION:When a compressor 1 is operated by turning ON a cooling switch 17 to cool an evaporator for cooling, also the evaporator 6 for refrigeration is cooled. Then, the refrigerating chamber 7 of a refrigerator B is cooled sufficiently. The temperature of an ice-making chamber 8 is detected by a sensor 14, and a control circuit 15 controls the conduction for a thermoelectric element 13. When the thermoelectric element 13 is brought into conduction, a temperature difference is formed on the basis of the temperature of the evaporator 6 for refrigeration, and an ice-making cooling plate 9 is cooled. With such a constitution, a car-loaded refrigerator capable of ice-making through utilization of the coolant in the car cooler can be obtained.
