The cathode 4 is poured into the internal of an anode 1 which comprises manganese dioxide and scaly graphite through a separator 3. Thus amalgamated zinc powder is dispersed homogeneously in the gelatinized alkaline electrolyte and fluidized mobile, the scattering of poured weight during filling is reduced, the plugging of a pouring machine is prevented, and the discharge characteristics is stabilized and the work-ability can be improved.
